Ingredients:
- Spyran Garam Masala– 1 tsp
- Spyran Turmeric Powder– ½ tsp

- Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, cauliflower) – 2 cups
- Onion (finely chopped) – 1 medium
- Tomato (pureed) – 2 medium
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Cashew nuts (soaked and blended to a paste) – ¼ cup
- Yoghurt – ½ cup
- Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
- Oil or ghee – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Instruction:
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Sauté the onions until golden brown.
