Ingredients:

  • 200 g boiled chickpeas
  • 2 samosas
  • 2 tbsp Spyran Chhole Masala
  • 1 tsp Spyran turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Spyran red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Spyran cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • Tamarind chutney, yoghurt, and fresh coriander for garnish

Instruction:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and sauté until golden.
  • Stir in tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and Spyran Chhole Masala. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  • Add boiled chickpeas and 1 cup water. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  • Crush the samosas on a plate and ladle the chhole over them.
  • Drizzle tamarind chutney, yoghurt, and garnish with fresh coriander.
