Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon Spyran cumin seeds
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons Spyran Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Spyran Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Spyran Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Spyran Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Spyran Cumin Powder
  • Spyran Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
  • 8 pav buns

Instructions:

Preparation of Bhaji:

  • Heat butter and oil in a large pan over medium heat.
