Quick Pav Bhaji Masala Toast on Tava Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread (white or brown)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 boiled potato, mashed
  • 2 tsp Spyran Pav Bhaji Masala
  • ½ tsp Spyran Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Spyran Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Spyran Cumin Seeds
  • Spyran Saltto taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Grated cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and toast the bread slices until golden and crispy. Set aside.

  1. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp butter. Add Spyran cumin seedsand let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.

  1. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
