Quick Pav Bhaji Masala Toast on Tava Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread (white or brown)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 boiled potato, mashed
- 2 tsp Spyran Pav Bhaji Masala
- ½ tsp Spyran Red Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Spyran Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Spyran Cumin Seeds
- Spyran Saltto taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Grated cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and toast the bread slices until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp butter. Add Spyran cumin seedsand let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
- Add tomatoes and capsicum. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Add mashed potatoes, Spyran Pav Bhaji Masala, Spyran red chilli powder, Spyran turmeric powder, and Spyran salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, mashing the mixture well.
- Spread the bhaji on toasted bread, sprinkle grated cheese (if using), and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
