Ingredients:
- 1 cup Basmati rice
- 200g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped

- A few saffron strands soaked in warm milk
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
For Marination:
- ½ cup yogurt

Instructions:
- Wash and soak Basmati rice in water for 30 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
