Ingredients:
- 1 cup black beans (boiled)
- 1 cup pinto beans (boiled)
- 1 cup kidney beans (boiled)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tspSpyran Cumin
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 medium tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- ½ tspSpyran turmeric powder
- 1 tspSpyran red chilli powder
- 1 tspSpyran coriander powder
- 1½ tspSpyran Kitchen King Masala

- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- 100 gm feta cheese (crumbled)
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, cooking until the raw aroma fades.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and the oil begins to separate.
